Official NCES IPEDS & Common Data Set Admissions Statistics (2025-2026 Cycle)

Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Acceptance Rate Calculator (acceptanceratecalculator.com), operated by Logiciels NisAJ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational Estimation Disclaimer & Non-Guarantee

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING ADMISSIONS CALCULATIONS:

The calculators, percentage projections, and admissions categories (Reach, Target, Safety) provided on this site are statistical models and mathematical estimations only. They do not constitute official admissions determinations, and they provide zero guarantee of admission to any university or college.

College admissions decisions are made solely by the respective institutional admissions committees, who review applications holistically. Factors beyond GPA and test scores—such as personal essays, extracurricular depth, recommendation letters, institutional priorities, residency, and intended academic discipline—substantially influence admissions outcomes.

3. Official Data Sourcing & Accuracy

Our data is derived from the U.S. Department of Education National Center for Education Statistics (NCES IPEDS) and university Common Data Set (CDS) publications. While we strive to maintain complete data fidelity, universities periodically update, revise, or alter historical figures, deadlines, and testing policies without prior notice. Users must consult the official undergraduate admissions office of each institution for binding admissions requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All website code, design, logos, computational algorithms, and text content are the intellectual property of Logiciels NisAJ and are protected by applicable Canadian, U.S., and international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logiciels NisAJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use our tools, reliance on admissions estimates, or application decisions made.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
